Orders will ship Monday - Thursday, or Friday for Saturday delivery upon request.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all corals. If your coral arrives DOA:

1. Take clear photos in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery time. We may ask you to open the bag to verify if the contents are too cloudy.
2. Contact us immediately with your pictures and additional information.
3. Approved claims will receive store credit or a replacement coral, dependent on situation.
4. Shipping is non-refundable
5. Mushrooms that detach during shipping are not covered - please use a mushroom basket or cup to help it reattach

DOA guarantee is void if the package is not accepted on the first delivery attempt

The corals we sell have all undergone a strict dipping regimen to ensure that pests do not come on corals. We use KCl as our main dip.
