• Flat Rate Shipping: $45 via overnight service

• Ship Days: Monday through Wednesday (Thursday by request or during holiday weeks)

• Saturday Delivery available - please contact us for pricing

- All shipments are packed with insulated liners and heat/cold packs as needed. We ship late in the day to reduce transit time and stress on your corals.

- Live Arrival & DOA Policy

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all corals. If your coral arrives DOA:

1. Take clear photos in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery time

2. Contact us immediately

3. Approved claims will receive store credit or a replacement coral

4. Shipping is non-refundable

5. Mushrooms that detach during shipping are not covered - please use a mushroom basket or cup to help it reattach

DOA guarantee is void if the package is not accepted on the first delivery attempt

- Payment & Order Holds

• Payment due within 4-5 days of auction close

• We can hold coral up to 7-10 days if you're bidding in future auctions - just message us or leave a note at checkout

• Unpaid orders will be canceled, and the buyer may be blocked from future auctions
